Does the POS work without internet?
Yes. The Wassa360 register has an offline mode — sales are saved on the device and synced automatically as soon as the connection comes back.
Can I have several cashiers?
Yes. Every cashier or server has their own login and their own register sessions. Each register session closes with its own Z report.
How much does Wassa360 cost?
From 12,500 FCFA per month. 15-day free trial, no commitment: plan details are on the Pricing page. Networks and franchises are priced on request.
Does Wassa360 work outside Senegal?
Yes. Wassa360 is online software, in French, that you can use across French-speaking Africa (Côte d'Ivoire, Mali, Burkina Faso, Guinea, Benin, Togo, Cameroon…) and anywhere French is spoken. The mobile payment methods available depend on the country.
Do I need to buy any hardware?
No. Wassa360 runs in the browser of a phone, tablet or computer. A 58 or 80 mm receipt printer (Bluetooth or ESC/POS) is recommended but not required.
How do my customers pay?
In cash, or with Wave or Orange Money. Online Wave payments are built in: the order is confirmed automatically as soon as the customer has paid.
How long does it take to get started?
